06 Nov “LE MIE MANI TOCCANO LA TERRA” ARCANGELO’S EXHIBITION November 24th 2019 – January 19th 2020 MA*GA Gallarate (VA) and Milano Malpensa Airport
From November 24th 2019 to January 19th 2020, MA*GA, museum in Gallarate (VA) and Milano Malpensa Airport host the Arcangelo’s soloshow entitled Le mie mani toccano la terra. Arcangelo (Avellino, 1956), has been a protagonist of the italian and international artistic scene since the second half of the ’80’s.
The exhibition, curated by Emma Zanella, MA*GA’s director, retraces the most significant milestones of the Campanian author’s career, signed by a series of thematical cycles that, also in their indipendent genesis and in their development, are part of a recognizable creative universe.
Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th November 2019, Arcangelo will work in MA*GA closely with the audience that will have the chance to observe the artist during the creation of an artwork, that then will be presented into the museum.
In the VIP rooms of Malpensa Airport, Terminal 1, from December 16th 2019 to March 10th 2020 Arcangelo shows the deep wish to travel that continues to mark his creative path, always encouraged by ancient cultures, by holy and profane traditions, by people that bring passion, feeling, memories and narrative tensions. The exhibition is organized by stages that lead the visitor into the heart of the Arcangelo’s poetic, where every cycle of paintings represents a travel’s layering, dedicated to a feeling, to a vision, to a land already touched or yet to be experienced.
